Brad on ribbon tutorial

I know this seems strange that I am having a tutorial on how to put on a brad.  I found a new way to attach it to the ribbon, so you don't have to worry about the bulky prongs in the back. 

You start out by taking one of the prongs off.  Wiggle it back and forth until it falls off.  Then take the other one and bend it straight up, and then in half.  It will look like this:

 

Then put it upside down, and hook it on the ribbon. ( Make sure to secure the ribbon with tape to the back of the card front first )  Like this:

Bend the brad (where the prog and brad attach) back to face right side up.  Then put a glue dot on the prog to adhere it to the paper.  Sticks in place, and no bulky brad progs making it not lay flat! See the finished product in yesterday's post.
